Tom Walsh attended the Business Law Section Spring Meeting of the American Bar Association held in San Francisco, California, April 16-18, 2015. Mr. Walsh is the Chair of its Middle Market & Small Business Committee. Programs presented at the conference included “Avoiding Hiring and Firing and Wage and Hour Problems” and “Anatomy of a Middle Market Capital Raise”. The Middle Market & Small Business Committee is currently working on a project to produce model short form merger and acquisition documents
