BARBARA S. MILLER is of counsel to Brody Wilkinson PC representing businesses and individuals in environmental and employment matters, as well as contract formation and negotiation. As part of her environmental law practice, Ms. Miller advises clients on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, including due diligence, risk allocation, permitting and remediation. Ms. Miller is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association Environmental Law Section Executive Committee and has published articles and spoken at seminars on the subject of environmental law.
Ms. Miller was in the first class of women admitted to Yale College and graduated with high honors from the University of Connecticut Law School.
Ms. Miller serves on the Boards of Directors of the Beardsley Zoo and Environment & Human Health, Inc. She also serves on the Town of Orange Pension Board and is a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation.
