Brody Wilkinson PC, a mid-sized Fairfield County law firm with a significant corporate and transactional practice, seeks an experienced attorney to join its Business group as a senior associate or counsel. The ideal candidate would have at least 6 to 10 years of experience handling transactional matters (such as financings and M&A) and drafting corporate documents (such as LLC operating agreements, acquisition agreements, loan documents and general contracts). Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required as well as demonstrated ability to build a practice.  Business casual work attire and comfortable work environment.  The firm offers a competitive salary, bonus program, benefits package, as well as a long-term career path within a collegial environment.
