Associate:  Brody Wilkinson PC, a mid-sized Fairfield County, Connecticut law firm with significant estate planning and probate practice seeks associate attorney to join its Trusts & Estates group. The ideal candidate would have 1 to 4 years of drafting and estate administration experience, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be committed to building a career. Business succession planning or probate litigation experience a plus. Consideration will also be given if a candidate can demonstrate significant trusts & estates coursework. Paralegal:  Brody Wilkinson PC, a mid-sized Fairfield County law firm seeks paralegal for busy estate administration practice. A minimum of two years of experience is preferred. The position requires knowledge of all aspects of probate process including filing applications, preparing accountings, preparing tax returns, and participating in client meetings. Ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Fast-Tax/OneSource, excel, and Word is preferred. Flexible hours for right candidate. Salary commensurate with experience.
