Daniel B. Fitzgerald was a speaker at the Advanced Labor & Employment Law Symposium sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section.  Mr. Fitzgerald was joined by David Rintoul of Rintoul Law, LLC in co-presenting “Awarding Employees Almost Equity” through the use of phantom stock/equity equivalent agreements, options and deferred compensation.
