Brody Wilkinson’s Business Group provides legal services to professional athletes, coaches, teams and other individuals and organizations involved with sports. The firm serves as general counsel to professional athletes and professional and amateur teams and organizations handling all legal matters, including licensing, product endorsement and sponsorship agreements, name and intellectual property protection and portfolio management (in conjunction with specialized counsel), charitable foundation organization and operation, and contract and employment matters.
