Thomas J. Walsh, Jr. recently attended the 2008 Spring Meeting of the American Bar Association’s Section of Business Law held in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Walsh is in his third year as chairman of the Section’s subcommittee on Closely-held Businesses. The four day conference was attended by more than 1,600 lawyers and provided continuing legal education programs that addressed breaking issues and new developments in all aspects of the practice of business law.
