ASHLEY E. BLUME is an associate at Brody Wilkinson and a member of the firm’s Business & Finance and Real Estate Groups. She practices in the areas of general corporate matters, business transactions, outside general counsel services and commercial real estate. Ashley also assists clients with trademark, clearance, prosecution and analysis. Her clients range from entrepreneurs and start-ups to larger privately held companies. Ashley brings unique experience and insights to her legal practice from her prior work at a leading children’s apparel manufacturer.
Ashley is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. Ashley received her B.F.A., cum laude, in 2016 and her M.S. in 2019 from Syracuse University.
After earning these degrees, she worked for seven years at New York City-based Haddad Brands, where she led and managed creative marketing, brand identity, and influencer and social media strategy for the company’s partners, including Nike, Jordan, Converse, Hurley, Levi’s and several others. She later received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2025. During law school, she served as both an in-house law clerk and a judicial intern.
