ISAAC B. ELLMAN is an associate of Brody Wilkinson and a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group. He practices in the areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Isaac drafts customized estate plans with the understanding that each client has distinct goals. He takes care to understand the unique needs of clients to provide clear advice and guidance.
Prior to joining Brody Wilkinson, Isaac worked at a New York City law firm in the corporate group, primarily drafting SEC filings for public companies under the Securities Act and the Securities Exchange Act. His corporate experience honed his ability to navigate complex legal frameworks and address legal issues with precision, skills he now applies to crafting thoughtful and comprehensive estate plans tailored to the needs of his clients.
Isaac is admitted to practice in New York. He received his B.A. from Haverford College in 2012 and his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2021. While in law school, Isaac served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy and interned at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, assisting low-income individuals with foreclosure cases and loan modifications.
