Peter T. Mott recently attended the 2025 Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL) conference in Toronto, where he spoke on a panel. The discussion titled “Deal or No Deal: Ethical Dilemmas in Transactional Law” explored key ethical issues, providing insights and strategies related to conflicts of interest, civil and ethical negotiations, client fraud, confidentiality, attorney-client privilege and multi-jurisdictional practices. As a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Peter is a member and past-chair of the ACTEC Professional Responsibility Committee.
