Brody Wilkinson is pleased to announce that principal Seth L. Cooper has been named to the Board of Directors of The Fairfield Theatre Company.

The Fairfield Theatre Company (FTC) is a nonprofit center for the arts and culture located in the heart of downtown Fairfield, Connecticut whose mission is to connect and enrich the community through the transforming power of the arts. FTC works diligently to establish and sustain venues for the presentation of concerts, plays, films, visual arts, and arts education in order to appeal to the most diverse audiences possible.

As a former performing musician, Mr. Cooper is thrilled to be a part of the FTC family. Mr. Cooper is a member of Brody Wilkinson’s Business and Real Estate Groups. His areas of practice span a variety of transactional practice areas which include commercial real estate, lending, loan workouts, leasing, hospitality service contracts, business entity organizational matters, business purchases and sales, art law, general contract law and debtor-creditor rights.
