Thomas J. Walsh, Jr. was a speaker at the American Bar Association Business Law Section Spring Meeting in Atlanta in March. He was part of the panel “When Private Equity Meets the Family Owned Business” which featured a discussion of the culture shock and legal issues that private equity and mergers and acquisitions lawyers may encounter when trying to negotiate the acquisition of a family owned business.
